When a dress is rented, You agree to handle dress with care. the sole responsibility is on you for any serious damage to the dress or loss. A $50 refundable damage deposit will be required at the time of rental for regular wear and tear like minor stains, rips, fallen buttons, spoilt zippers or any other minor damage, a one-time $50 fee will be charged for repair if needed. Victoria&Valentina reserves the right to determine whether damages exceed the regular wear and tear allowed, if it exceeds, you will have to pay full amount for dress.
Once an order has been placed and paid for, you have up to 24 hours (if picking up) or until order ships out (if paying online) to cancel order before it is shipped out. Once an order has been shipped out, the order cannot be canceled and no refunds will be made. If clothes don’t fit as expected and cannot be used, (please always refer to our size chat before placing order) repackage order and post back to us within 24 hours. If clothes are certified to be in good condition on arrival. A store credit that can be used anytime will be issued.
Shipping and Courier fees will be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Our rental Dresses can be kept for a duration of 1 week following when you receive the dress. If dress is returned late, there will be a late fee charge of $20 per dress and per day. After 2 weeks of no return, you will be charged the full price of the dress and any accumulated late fee charges. You will not be charged any late fees if carrier company is responsible for delay.
All rented dresses will be laundered by us, please do not try to launder dresses, we have partnered with a local dry-cleaning service to handle laundry and price is included in the rental fee.
you are welcome to send in cute pictures of our dresses worn, by doing so, you agree for us to post these pictures on our social platforms for promotional purpose.
